FL-3 Pneumatic Explosion-proof Sump Pumps Suitable to empty ballast tanks, bilge wells, water, coal mine etc., in emergency cases. Often used for draining cargo holds during and after the washing procedure. Especially preferred where an electric spark may risk ignition or explosion. Require air pressure is 0.5-0.7Mpa . Special safety control cell could auto-stopping, when over loading. Because of the diameter of the outlet for water discharge is larger than common, the water or oil discharge could reach ≥60m3/h.
3) Operation Instructions :
1. Air consumption mast be at least 3 m3/h. It match 5-7kgf air compressor.
2. Before using, make sure to the pneumatic valve opening state , cleaning the air hose, Smoothing the air motor with motor oil (20#). Checking the inlet and outlet if right fasten..
3. Putting the sump pump in water, opening the air controller, starting it.
4. It could control the water discharge by the adjust air supply.
5. When finishing, Shutting the air supply valve, dragging for the pump, Let is pump free loading 15 second with Low pressure air, discharge the leaving in the hose.
4) Maintaining Point:
1. When free loading,,make sure the air pressure between 0.1Mpa and 0.5Mpa, Over 30 second be forbidden..
2. Make sure the air hose inside part cleaning before connection with the pumps.
3. To let working capability more efficiency, it’s better control the air pressure between 0.5Mpa and 0.7Mpa
4. To prolonging the working life, we suggest checking the pumps 8000-1000 hour a cycle.
5. We strong recommend smoothing the pump before or after using , motor oil(20#) is workable.
6. The air motor is free servicing half of year, pumps body is free servicing a year, both are counted from the buying date.
